What should I send for a mix?
Send clearly named WAV stems or multitracks aligned to the same start point, your rough mix, and two or three reference tracks. Include tempo, sample rate and any creative notes. If you are unsure about export settings, we can confirm requirements before you send anything.
How should I export my stems?
Export every track from the same start point (bar 1, beat 1), keep the sample rate of your session, and label each file so it is obvious what it is — for example Lead_Vocal_Dry.wav rather than Audio 14.wav.
How much does a single track mix cost?
Our standard single track mix is $150. It includes the mix plus three stems — instrumental, lead vocal and ad-libs — delivered in WAV and MP3, with up to 2 rounds of revisions.
Do you offer mastering on its own?
Yes. Stem mastering is $60 per track, delivered in WAV and MP3 with up to 2 rounds of revisions. If you want your mix and master handled together, the Mix + Master bundle is $195 — less than ordering the two separately.
Can you mix a full EP or album?
Yes. EP packages are priced per project rather than per song: a 3-track package is $399 and a 5-track package is $649. Every track follows the same standard as a single — WAV and MP3 delivery with up to 2 rounds of revisions each. Tell us the track count and your deadline when you enquire and we will confirm the schedule before you pay.
Do you work with my genre?
We focus on hip hop, trap, drill and R&B records for independent artists. Our track record covers 39 records with more than 20 independent artists. Ask us for genre-matched examples before you order if you want to check the fit first.
How long does it take?
Seven business days from the moment we confirm your files and scope. If you have a release deadline, tell us the date at the start so we can confirm whether it is workable.
Can you deliver on a tight deadline?
Yes. Rush delivery is priced by how much time you need back: 3 business days is +$50, 2 business days is +$100, and 1 business day is +$180 on a standard single track mix. Rush timing starts when we have received your complete files and confirmed the scope — not when the order is placed. Rush capacity is limited, so confirm with us before ordering. If the queue is full we will tell you honestly rather than take an order we cannot deliver.
How do revisions work?
Two rounds are included. Collect your feedback into one set of notes, ideally with timestamps, so changes can be handled in a single pass. If new stems or a different arrangement direction are introduced, that resets the scope and we will confirm any additional cost with you first.
What files will I receive?
Your mixed track plus three stems, in WAV (lossless) and MP3. If you also need an instrumental, a clean version, an a cappella or a mastered version, tell us before work begins so those can be included in the scope.
Can you work with my existing producer?
Yes. Share your producer's notes, rough mix and creative references so the project starts with a clear direction — and tell us which production choices need to stay exactly as they are.
Will you change the sound I already have?
No. The goal is to make what you brought translate clearly — not to replace your sound with ours. Reference tracks help us aim without overriding your decisions.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to inquiries within 24 hours. After you place an order we contact you within 24 hours to collect your files and confirm the direction. The fastest route is WhatsApp or the contact form.
