What should I send for a mix?
Send clearly named WAV stems or multitracks aligned to the same start point, your rough mix, and a few reference tracks. Include the tempo, sample rate and any creative notes. We can confirm export requirements before you send files.
Can you work with my existing producer?
Share your producer’s notes, rough mix and creative references so the project starts with a clear direction. Let us know which production choices need to remain intact.
How do pricing and turnaround work?
Pricing and timing depend on the number of tracks, session complexity and the services required. Send a project outline so we can confirm the scope, quote and schedule before work begins.
How are revisions handled?
We confirm the revision scope with your quote. Collect feedback into one clear set of notes, ideally with timestamps, so changes can be addressed efficiently.
What files will I receive?
We confirm the final delivery list before work begins. Tell us if you need a mastered version, instrumental, clean version, a cappella or other alternate files so they can be included in the scope.
