ParaMix is a remote mixing and mastering service working with independent rappers, producers and small labels. You send the session, we send back a record that holds up next to the music you are competing with.
Who is behind it
ParaMix is run by Lil Para — an artist and mixing engineer. We have mixed 39 records for more than 20 independent artists, released independently and available on digital streaming platforms. We mix from the artist's side of the desk, not only the engineer's.
What we focus on
- Vocal priority — the vocal stays forward, intelligible and consistent from the first bar to the last.
- Low-end control — kick and 808 sit together instead of fighting each other.
- Translation — the mix holds up on phone speakers, earbuds, car systems and club rigs.
- Your character — the performance and production choices you brought stay intact.
How we work
- You send clearly named WAV stems aligned to the same start point, a rough mix and reference tracks.
- We confirm scope, turnaround and revision rounds before any work starts.
- You receive the first version, then up to 2 rounds of revisions.
- Final delivery includes the mix plus 3 stems in WAV and MP3.
